The program instructors and facilitators include local and international experts in experiential education. Each camp combines facilitators' talents and skills. Listed is a partial roster of our educators. Special guest speakers from the Business, Professional, Academic and Entertainment World are always a big part of the Winners' Camp Team.

Delorese Gregoire - Founding Director of Winners Camp, is one of the Camp's head facilitators. She has a rich history of working with teenagers and their families, as President and Founder of Hawai'i Study Tours, which brings students from around the world to study in Hawai'i. In 1985 she directed a team of enthusiastic educators and created Winners' Camp Foundation; it continues to be her driving focus. In addition to the public camps offered during the summer, Gregoire has developed specialized programs with the Department of Education, the Department of Health, and private foundations such as the Estate of James Campbell, the S.W. Wilcox Trust, Rotary of Hawai'i, and the Kamehameha Schools Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate; businesses and financial institutions; and private and public schools across the islands.

Pam Chambers - President of The Pam Chambers Presentation Course, BA in English Literature, BA in Communication Disorders. Pam is a hit with all our teens and staff when presenting lively interactive pieces on "Manners & Etiquette"! Emma Pavich - Clinical Social Worker, Trainer of Peer Counselors in the Schools, Psychology Teacher, co-creator of the Peer Counseling Program at Punahou School, co-designer and Past Director of Peer Counseling at La Pietra School for Girls, MA in Social Work - Trained Mediator, Consultant to Public and Private Schools, Individual and Family Therapist. Gui Albieri
Gui Albieri is originally from Brazil and came to Hawaii in 1999 to pursue a Masters Degree in Organizational Change at Hawaii Pacific University. He won several awards including the Jeff Gibb award for the "best presentation of the year" from the Organizational Development Institute. Currently, he travels the world as the Associate Director of International Admissions at HPU's International Center. Gui is interested in jaw dropping ideas, creation of ideas, human, community and sustainable development, creative thinking, problem solving, cool training techniques, individuals and companies with souls and helping out those who have lost their souls, and future studies. Gui is committed to spreading the word of creative thinking, and helping people tap into their creative genius.


Paula Mantel - Paula Mantel is the Founding Director of Discover Learning Systems. She is uniquely qualified to teach with a history of highly satisfied students and clients from academic, government and business organizations. She has taught people to read faster with more comprehension, facilitated students to memorize dozens of new names in under twenty minutes using creative and innovative methods of problem solving techniqus. Allan Silva - (on left) Allan is the D.O.E. Coordinator for the No Hope in Dope Program, BA in Education, M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance, Founding Director Positive Connections. Coach and Teacher in our Public School System Island Wide.

Brian Viloria - (on right) Brian is an Olympian and professional boxer as well as a frequent guest speaker. He joins Delorese and Allan Silva to motivate teens for success!

Bill Cordes - Internationally acclaimed "Master Motivator" Bill Cordes began his career as a team leader for the Winners' Camp Foundation. He returns to the Islands to give back to our community and trains our trainers. He is the Director of Educational Development International, Instructor of Interpersonal Communication, BA/MS in Communication, co-author of Teen Power Too and Teen Empower. http://www.billcordes.com

Darcie Yukimura - LIFE SKILLS Facilitator, BA in Communication, Masters Degree in Public Health, Former Public Information Specialist at the Hawaii Department of Health. Currently with St. Louis High School with their development department. Actively involved with Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.

Scott Margenau - Is a student at Honolulu Community College, obtaining his Associates degree in Marine Technology. Scott is a graduate of Winners' Camp and he is our on site Ropes Coordinator, Master Motivator and Facilitator.

Kale Hannas -Audio/ Visual Coordinator and Consultant when not on Tour with "Na Hoku Hanohano" award winning band "ALEA".

Kyle Margenau - When on Island Kyle is the On Site Camp Coordinator. Kyle holds a bachelor's degree in Marine Science from Hawai'i Pacific University and an MS in Earth Science from the University of Waikato in New Zealand. Former counselor and facilitator in the Tole Mour program, an at-sea residential program for at-risk teenage boys. Kyle is currently living and teaching in Washington D.C. with his wife Lindsay and soon to join our world "baby Margenau"!
